LASAGNE


Good afternoon! Today I propose a dish made last week to me more like the radicchio cooked in salads, and so we often prepare the filling, or pasta sauce x. Ing these x lasagna: 2 heads of radicchio, white sauce, lasagne sheet x fresh grated Parmesan, fontina cheese, onion, salt, oil, white wine. Fry the onion in some oil, add the radicchio cut, cook and blend with the wine, salt and cook about 30 minutes. In a buttered baking dish place a layer of bechamel lasagna x and lay the pastry, place the braised radicchio, fontina in bits, parmesan cheese and a little more sauce, cover with lasagne other. Make up to 4 layers, ending with sauce and grated Parmesan cheese, bake at 180 x about 30 minutes. A quick but tasty dish!
