Plumcake nuts with zucchini and potatoes pork

Sauté the zucchini slices in a pan with some oil, salt and cook with the lid up until they become soft, do the same thing with the potatoes cut into slices and if necessary add a little water. Mix the flour with the oil, milk and eggs, I've added the one by gently tapping a leggermente.Aggiungere a pinch of salt, white wine, zucchini, potatoes, asiago into pieces, slices of pork (I used one in an envelope bought at the super) and the parmesan cheese. Stir the mixture and pour into a rectangular mold lined with parchment paper, smooth it with a spatula and bake at 180 degrees x 50 minutes (do the toothpick test).
