Radicchio sauce and a taste of Spring
Good afternoon! Today I was a gray day and I wanted to color it with the first flowers that have sprung up on my balcony! Instead, I delight the palate with a classic, but I really like it. Radicchio sauce: radicchio, onion, walnuts, smoked cheese, white wine, olive oil, salt. Brown the chopped onion with the oil, add the radicchio, cut into slices and then deglaze with white wine. Put the chopped walnuts, season x salt and cook about 20 minutes at the end and add pieces of smoked cheese to melt. The sauce is ready as well, but I put everything in blender and blend the sauce, but I topped each of penne pasta, use the format they like. See you soon!
